Facial aging is a complex process with two important elements: the loss of facial volume and the wrinkles created due to repetitive muscle movements.

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that involves the simultaneous injection of small amounts of hyaluronic acids, vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes and hygroscopics into the subcutaneous layer to stimulate the biosynthetic capacity of fibroblasts by providing an optimal physiological environment for fibroblasts to increase collagen and elastin synthesis.

The goal of mesotherapy is to delay and improve the skin changes caused by aging.

Treatment of discoloration | Antiaging

Fibroblasts are the main skin cells that produce and maintain the extracellular connective tissues that are vital for maintaining skin youth. Functional damage or reduced biosynthetic activity of fibroblasts (fibroblast collapse), caused by the loss of natural interactions between fibroblasts and the surrounding extracellular matrix, is reflected as skin ageing.

Hydration | Glow

Aged fibroblasts cannot produce the extracellular matrix. In addition, the number of fibroblasts decreases over time. The amount of hyaluronic acid and collagen produced by fibroblasts and the number of cells that make up the extracellular matrix decreases. The secretion of collagen-degrading enzymes is also increased.

Wrinkle reduction | Protect

It is one of the newest techniques in cosmetic medicine that is suggested for the rejuvenation of aged skin. The desired end result is a firm, radiant and hydrated skin obtained by the injection of appropriate products, which are biocompatible and absorbable from the surface dermis. These products or molecules used in mesotherapy hydrate and activate fibroblasts to promote skin rejuvenation.
